I kicked my day with having our hospital duty from 6am-2pm. Luckily, I was assigned to a very nice patient. He was a FORTUNE TELLER. :)

And I'm happy that his V/S was Q 4. (Vital Signs was every 4 hours). So, I'm not pretty busy at the Surgical ward. But I had FUN within the 9 hours of sitting,standing,talking, etc. Starting to appreciate more and more of my nursing life. I wonder when can I be able to pull out the urinary catheter (a thin rubber tube attached to the urinary meatus in the private parts of the patients) or administer medication via suppository (in short in the BUTT!). My classmate performed those 2 procedures for the first time. I hope, one day I can experience it too. Anyways, I still have to design our gift for our adviser for tomorrow's teacher's day at school. NO CLASS, NO DUTIES was declared but I have to work uplate for tomorrow's event. Since I'm going NUTS!! I'm currently eating peanuts that I've bought at the Church side before going home this evening. I can feel the salt lingering in my fingertips and MOUTH. LOL! Maybe I need to end this here before I cram. BYE!
