Hi! it's been days since i didn't blog in.. Now, I currently just got home after a school program which is called "Araw ng Wika". :]
It's was so tiring, pretty much exhausted from school. Facilitating my classmates and having endless talks and meetings with the other 2nd yr presidents. I felt hunger after a whole day of the school activities so i went at the nearest fastfood chain which is jolibee. I'm stressed out, but even be more stressed here at home, need to finish my individual case study which i was conducting after almost 4 weeks in our community which is located at Brgy. Loctugan, Roxas City. I'm writing my case study today, hoping I can finish writing it. Really hopefully. It's like doing an investigatory project only that's its all about community health nursing and it's made by myself only. :(
Yesterday, was another HECTIC day!! It's our 1st time wearing our all white uniforms in the hospital. I went to school at 5:30am. Our shift is from 6:00am-2:00pm. I'm super glad, we didn't really had a hagard time during our hospital duty. I was assigned at room 330. My patient was a male, he had difficulty pouring out urine. I was paired to Nang JoAnn , a 4th year nursing student. I had taken the vital signs of my patient at 11:30 am. Also graph the v/s at the patient's chart. Now, I'm getting adjusted on hospital life. Were assigned at HCL and St.Joseph's Ward located 3rd floor of St. Anthony Hospital.
*i'll post some group pics before we went to our respective areas assigned to us in the hospital.
